Miss Shakra Fatima aged -14 years, female of village Barupur post- Kunda Harnamgarh dist - pratapgarh was suffering from severe cutting pain in the hypogastric region due to swelling of mesenteric lymph nodes. 2- Pulse- 82 beats /min
3-BP- 130/80 mm of Hg
4- Usg- Swelling of mesenteric lymph node
F--- MIASMATIC POINT OF VIEW
The totality of symptoms, the past history and the family history of the patient clearly suggests a mixed miasmatic state the patient represents a picture of syco-psoric miasmatic state with syphilis in a latent state
1st PRESCRIPTION 12/8/2020
Rx,
IODIUM 200 one dose
After prescription of Iodium 200 the pain disappeared within 5 minutes.
I advised her to take proper treatment.
