1-Tall and fat
2-BP-100/60mmhg
3-Pulse-68 beat per minute.
4-Loss of memory, Melancholic
F-FIRST PRESCRIPTION

Plumbum metallicum 200 1dose.23-8-2019
After administration of Plumbum metallicum 200 1 dose the patient reported overall improvement in all respect and is walking and running properly.
SECOND PRESCRIPTION
Rx
Typhodinum 1M 1dose 10-9-2019
Typhodinum 1M is prescribed due to the past history of patient.
Patient is under my treatment and is walking and running very well.I advised him to take proper and permanent treatment.
Reason for prescribing Plumbum Metallicum 200 1dose.
1-Paralysis of lower limbs(boerick), generally left lower limb paralyzed.
2-Hard constipated stool.
3-Pain in umblical region
4-Loss of memory and melancholic.
Now he is very well and performing his normal activities.
