He was suffering from Apoplexy,fever with convulsion.

PRESENT COMPLAINTS
1-Apoplexy with convulsion

5-Unable to raise his right upper limb and right lower limb.
6-Twitches of muscles of whole body.
7-Aggravation at night
8-Involuntry micturation during convulsion.
Above symptoms covers totality of symptoms of hyoscyamus200 so, i prescribed hyoscyamus 200.
After prescribing hyoscyamus 200 patient gets immediate relief and within four hours of treatment now he is able to perform his normal activities.
APOPLEXY- means, sudden loss of consciousness followed by neuralgic impairment i.e, paralysis due to occlusion of an artery of brain by a blood clot or due to brain haemorrhage.
