post district rajapur (chitrakoot) 

was suffering from Aphasia, unable to protrude her tongue and numbness of whole body.

She consulted me on 10-10-2020 at 8PM

PRESENT COMPLAINTS

1-Aphasia 

2-Unable to protrude her tongue.

3-Numbness of whole body.

4- Difficulty during walking.

5-Inability to articulate, without any affection of the tongue.

6-Aggravation of right side.

7-Trembling of whole body

8-Dysphagia,i.e cannot pass liquids

Above symptoms covers totality of symptoms of

bothrops lanciolatus so,i prescribd bothrops 200 1 dose.

After prescribing Bothrops patient gets immediate relief and now, she is clearly speaking,protruding her tongue and is walking very well.

It is due to injury to brain and also occurs in brain due to the thrombotic phenomena like Hemiplegia,Aphasia inability to articulate etc.
